Absolutely fantastic shopping experience! Michael was amazing from start to finish of this process. We needed bird tiles for a uniquely designed kitchen backsplash, and I ordered samples from a number of sellers to find the best option. Michael was responsive to all my questions, and incredibly helpful! He quickly sent replacements for the (very few) tiles that arrived damaged, and we are so excited to make them part of our new kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to, and already have, recommended buying from him. Just a stellar experience all around- thanks again, Michael!
