All of our tiles at Talavera Tile King have a hand-made process involved. Because they are hand painted, imperfections are expected. Color variations are to be expected from batch to batch. What you see on your screen might not be exactly what you will get, this is mostly due to several factors, among others: lighting when the picture was taken, lighting in your own monitor, but mostly changes in the glazes used between batches. All these factors are beyond our control. If in doubt, we recommend you order a sample before committing to a bigger order. All products are sold as "New" in its original package. Please check the product description, make sure the merchandise is what you want and it will work with your project. If you are not sure, please send us an email for assistance before placing the order.

Within 30 days from the order date, you may return any of the items you purchased from our website for a refund. There will be a 35% restocking fee on all orders over $100.00. If you simply did not like it, or for any other reason, you can return it. We will not refund shipping and handling costs. You are also responsible for the shipping cost incurred in sending the product(s) back to us. You do not have to use the same shipping method to return the items to us, especially if it was an express one. The credit will be issued to the same account used to make the purchase and it will be honored once we get the products back and they are in good condition (not damaged when in transit to your place or back from it).
